30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.
Resident Referral Bonus

We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $400 pet fee and $20 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
- Administrative Processing Fee: $5
- Valet Trash: $25
- Amenity Fee: $15
- Pest Control: $5
- Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account with GA Power.
- Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet
- Reserved Parking Space: $50
- Debit Card Payments will incur a service fee ranging from $3.95 to $9.95 per transaction
- Credit Card Payments will incur a service fee of 2.95% per transaction
We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. In order to make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and security card, three recent pay stubs, and W2s to confirm income requirements.
